1. What types of workshops do you offer?
We offer a variety of hands-on workshops, whether you're a beginner or experienced, our workshops are perfect for all skill levels.
Popular options include tufting, fluid bear, and decoden cream workshops.
2. How do I book a workshop?
You can book a workshop directly through our website by visiting the “Book Workshop” page.
Select your preferred session, and follow the steps to complete your booking.
3. Do I need any prior experience to join a workshop?
Not at all! Our workshops are designed for all skill levels, and our instructors will guide you every step of the way.
4. Can I book a private group session or party?
Yes! We offer customized group workshops for parties, team-building events, and more. Visit our Party Enquiry page to learn more and submit a request.
5. How long do the workshops typically last?
Most workshops last between 1 to 3 hours, depending on the project. Specific durations are listed on each workshop's booking page.
6. What is your cancellation policy for workshops?
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the workshop will receive a full refund or can be rescheduled for a later date.
Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable.
7. Can I purchase gift vouchers?
Yes! Gift vouchers are available and make a great present for the DIY enthusiast in your life. You can purchase them through our website or in the studio.
8. Where is the studio located?
Our studio is located at 22 Beveridge Cres Forde ACT 2914. Free parking is available near the studio.

9. What should I bring to the workshop?
Just yourself and your creativity! We provide all the tools and materials needed for your session.
10. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards online, along with secure payments through PayPal. A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. The remaining balance can be paid in-store using cash, bank transfer, credit or debit cards, or PayPal.
11. What is included in the DIY packages?
Our DIY packages include all the necessary materials, tools, and step-by-step instructions to complete your project.
Some packages also come with access to video tutorials for extra guidance.

12. Do you ship DIY packages internationally?
Currently, we plan to only ship within Australia. If you’d like to place an international order, please contact us for more details.
